  • Graduate from a high school in one of the following counties; Boone, Clay, Fayette, Kanawha, Putnam and Raleigh and must maintain an overall 3.0 GPA

If student fails to qualify for any one year, he/she may subsequently requalify for the remaining original term of the award, but may not re-qualify for the second time if he/she fails to maintain qualifications for a second time.
