The SHIELD Task Force of West Virginia is a group of professionals working to end child abuse in the Mountain State. Shield believes child abuse can be eradicated in WV by mobilizing a statewide coalition of law enforcement agencies, nonprofit organizations, faith communities, professionals, and volunteers to educate the public, empower victims, stop predators, and support survivors. Funding from TGKVF provides child abuse prevention program development for schools and faith communities.
